From this Saturday onwards the Level 2/3 Class will be on at 10am, and the Level 1/2 Class at 11am. Most of the parents of our CrossFit Kids program are Level 2/3 so it makes life easier for them if they can train at 10am after their child’s class is finished. It should also even out the numbers between both classes.
