5 Deadlifts
5 Hang Power Cleans
5 Front Squats
5 Push Presses
5 Overhead Squats

You may use a 40Kg Barbell, a 20Kg Dumbbell, or a Kettlebell for this workout. If using the dumbbell or kettlebell swap hands each set.
