Want to keep exercising over Christmas but think you’ll slip? Why not hold yourself accountable to someone else to keep you on course?

In this pdf, we’ve attached a suggested workout plan from Dec 24th-Jan 2nd that can be done at home and without any equipment. On the white board, we’ve a section for “Accounta-Buddies” (yes, I know that’s a goofy name, I couldn’t think of anything better – Colm). To sign up, simply put your name on the whiteboard, and we’ll match you up with another member of CFI.

Arrange amongst yourselves the plan of attack over Christmas and the forfeit for missing workouts. Are you going to workout everyday? Every second day? Either way create a plan and stick to it. A forfeit can be donating €XX to the charity of your buddy’s choice for every workout you miss.

This way, we can all come out of Christmas season better than before and hey, you’ll make a new friend at CFI!
