Joking aside, if people are taking the time to help and encourage you throughout the workout please be civil towards them. They’re there to help you stay safe by correcting your form, and cheering you on to greater faster times and greater fitness. If they tell you your back is rounding or that last rep didn’t count, they’re right! Your spotters aren’t gasping for air and screaming from muscle fatigue.
