Jeff chillin’ mid workout

Jeff told us yesterday about throwing up after Monday’s workout. Now, I’d never really understood the CrossFit mentality towards Pukie before this, the first CFI Pukie incident (well, exercise induced anyway). We seem to take a perverse pleasure in it. It is a negative aspect to our training, and one which our detractors use against us. But as a community we take this by-product of our training and make it celebratory. I was actually somewhat proud of Jeff that he could push himself that far. It is an admirable trait to be able to work so diligently towards anything, in my eyes anyway.

So I think he deserves to get this photo posted again today!
