Next Saturday sees our second CrossFit Total comp and the culmination of the Winter Strength Challenge. If you haven’t taken part in the previous one but would like to test your one-rep-max in a friendly, encouraging environment you can sign up here. If you have taken part in we have a sign up sheet in CrossFit Ireland where you can write in your openers for the Comp. We need everyone’s openers by Wednesday, December 8th to ensure the day runs smoothly.
