Rotate between

  • Calf Stretch on the Squat Rack
  • Samson Stretch on Roids
  • Super Fun Happy Quad Stretch
  • Horizontal Squat against the Wall
  • Lying on the Foam Roller holding the Barbell (Tom’s Fave!)

Retest – Overhead Squat

then
“Kettlebell Komplex”
Using one kettlebell, perform the following sequence
5 Suitcase deadlifts
5 Cleans
5 Front Squats
5 Push Presses
5 Overhead Squats
This is one round. Then switch arms. Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Post rounds/partial rounds to comments. Compare to September 13th.
