Event Two
2A (50 points)
3 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch. Novices can take from the hang and press out. Above 6 months training, no press out allowed. Power or full snatch accepted. Total team weight lifted counts.

60 second break.

2B (50 points)
Relay Run
1 x 100m, 1 x 200m, 1 x 300m 1 x 400m, 1 x 600m.
One member of the team runs one of the distance. Total team time counts.

Event Three
Team Chipper
5 Rope climbs (total) No one member may do more than one consecutive rope climb, and no more than three climbs total. Not all members are required to attempt a rope climb. Once this is done each member must complete, in sequence:

15 Burpees (onto a plate)
20 Wall Balls

Once all members are through this, members may start:
20 sled pushes
One at a time. Ladies, empty sled. Gents, + 40Kg. Once one member has pushed the sled they cannot push it again until all their team mates have pushed it.
