I can honestly say that the coaches and community have changed the way I live. Without doubt my favorite aspect of Crossfit is it’s dedication to change. Everyday a different workout, a new skill, an improvement on an old movement, new personal bests, better, faster, more accurate. But it isn’t just exercise, it has a strange way to get into your head. You start to look at aspects of your life and try something different.

Tackle problems with new methods, always willing to learn, new outlook, better posture, different meals, better coffee (very important, I recommend that highly too!). I love that everyday there is something I can change for the better, that I can improve.
Pretty soon I will be in my second year in Crossfit Ireland and I can honestly say that the coaches and community have changed the way I live. In every class there is a genuine sense of support and dedication. A sense that damn near every inch of the gym is encouraging me to be my best! With so much help, support and down right good fun, I can learn to be whatever I want. That all I have to do is embrace change and try something different today to help me be better tomorrow.
