10am – Baseline

40 Squats
30 Sit Ups
20 Push Ups
10 Pull Ups

11am – “Chelsea”
On the minute every minute for 30 minutes perform:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats

The goal of this workout is to make it through the 30 minutes. To this end, scale accordingly. Ideally, the first few rounds should only take 25-30 seconds tops. E.g. 2 Pull Ups, 4 Push Ups, 8 Squats.
