Hopefully this will clear up a few things around here. Any questions?

Like everything else that’s worth bothering with, overhead squats are very difficult, and can be frustrating to learn. Perserverance will reward you with improved shoulder and hip flexibility, a stronger lower back and an appreciation of every tiny, niggling fault in your squat form.

Overhead squats also have some other cool side effects…like abs, bro.
