Only a few short days to go until the Invitational! Some things of note:

  • Today, everyone who has entered will receive a waiver form. Please make sure you fill this out and bring it along with you on the day.
  • On Thursday at 9am the workouts and movement standards will be revealed on the Invitational Page, along with the heat list for workout one.
  • Thursday at 7pm there’ll be a meeting for everyone who wants to help with rep counting and judging. This should only take an hour of your time.
