Your New Gym… (by Tom)


When I started with the lads it was always my goal and plan to get you all the gym you deserved. A place that we would all be proud to bring friends and family members down to train in and a place where Will and Colm can do what they do best.

From Donnybrook to Dundrum we have looked at them all. Its time to bite the bullet and go for it. We found a premises and think its the best of all that we have seen and looked at. Our plan is to have the same brilliant atmosphere and community feel in a bigger and brighter premises.

Oh and place to hold the European Qualifiers, too.

We have found that place:

  • It has 2 roller doors for much needed air and space during nasty metcons.
  • It is 3,000 square feet, and has the option of fitting in a mezannine as time passes by.
  • Male and Female changing rooms
  • There will be a check in desk and also a small shop, eg fish Oil, Foam Roller, Hoodies
  • We will have showers in place by the end of March

So the plan is to be here on the 1st of December. (Touch Wood!!)
