Our members really are brilliant! Throughout this weekend’s Outlaw Camp, not only was I struck by how well our clients moved, but also how technique focused they were. A huge tenant of The Outlaw Way is training and moving as close to perfectly ask possible and I’m really proud that our members are technicians, not just guntherers trying to win today’s conditioning or hooning some weight around.

What also makes me particularly proud is how conscientious all the CFI attendees were. Huge thanks needs to be given to Pete and Derek, who still helped coach classes despite the fact they’d long days of lectures and training ahead of them. Mark and Devon helped clean up the gym, set up workouts and even tell people to put collars on the bar to keep the plates/bars healthy. This isn’t thee business, but it’s clear they’re proud of their gym. Lorraine also fed and caffeinated the entire staff throughout the weekend.
