Suspect Reps

Sometimes, in sport, you get the wrong call. In CrossFit it’s no exception. It happens to everyone, their spotters calls a rep that they know was good, or okays a rep that wasn’t up to par. This is part of sport and you have to accept that referees, officials and spotters are fallible. Provided it doesn’t become endemic I don’t think it’s a major problem, just par for the course. On Saturday, I got James to okay my butterflies before the Fran and Huggy spotted as I did them. They felt okay from my point of view, but looking back on the video I feel a lot of them were marginal. Next time I hit this workout up again, I’ll be damn well making sure every rep is head to toe legit.
