  • Answer yes or no for each of the questions below for each day. Be honest in your answers.
  • Score yourself one point for each question you answer yes to.
  • For our purpose here, a “proper” meal is one that contains 1) protein 2) vegetables/fruit and 3) healthy fats
  • Err on the side of caution when answering, for example, if you are unsure if you had healthy fats with a breakfast on a given day then
  • If your weekly score is below 30 then we recommend that you do not upgrade your membership package for the moment and instead focus some additional time on your nutrition, mobility and recovery.
