Shane Overhead Squats

The last time Shane attempted Overhead Squats, December 20th, he struggled with 5Kg, losing form and falling forward. Yesterday, he was OHS 20Kg with much better form (mpg, 20secs, 2.8MB – sideways!) as part of his WoD last night.
