Tuck & The Gymnastics Certification

There’s still places for the Gymnastics Cert in CFNI this August. Really, you should attend. Imagine how being able to do muscle ups, dips, handstand push ups (not to mention front levers, L-Seats and all that other fun stuff) will do for your WOD scores and general fitness.
