As a follow up to this experiment Will posted a few days back, I’ve decided to try a Tabata pull up challenge, and Will’s going to do a Tabata push up experiment. The basic rules are that once a week – in addition to our regular CrossFit workouts, we’ll do 6 Tabata intervals all out on our exercise, record our scores, and note any differences it has on benchmark workouts. I’ll be recording my scores on the site. If you want in, all you have to do is add an extra 2 minutes and 50 seconds work to one of the days of the week.
