Alex, James and Colm are busy developing our brand new CrossFit Kids program, which will launch on Tuesday, July 12th. CrossFit Kids is a great opportunity to introduce your child to healthy, lifelong fitness and nutrition habits. From talking to our friends in other CrossFit gyms abroad they’ve found that CrossFit is great as an activity that the whole family can share together.

We’re going to introduce 1-2 children max per week to our ‘pilot’ group of Kids, in order to ensure that your child gets the very best out of the program in terms of safety, fun and education. We’ve had a lot of members who are very keen to get their children started so to be fair to everyone we’re setting up a waiting list. To put your child on the waiting list, please send an email to with your child’s name, age, and any other information that will help us better coach your child.

Class times will be:
Tues/Thurs – 4.30-5.15
Sat – 9.15-10.00

Ages will be: 5-12
